Stephen has spent more than 20 years building businesses in travel and experiences, from guiding tours in Rome to founding and scaling Walks into a global operator across 10 countries. Following its acquisition by Hornblower, he advised Airbnb Experiences and several travel technology companies, serves on the board of OCTO, and co-founded Flagship to build the kind of group he would have wanted to join.

Charaf is a serial founder and travel-tech entrepreneur who co-founded DHARMA, raising $10 million and building partnerships with Netflix/Paramount for Emily in Paris, Eric Cantona and Equinox. Earlier, he helped launch Uber’s largest electric-vehicle pilot globally, and now brings that combination of entrepreneurship, technology, fundraising and partnership-building to Flagship.

Rod is a pioneering travel-tech entrepreneur who founded and led Viator, one of the world’s first global experiences marketplaces, and later served as Chairman & CEO of Rome2rio. He also serves on the boards of Veltra and Tourism Tasmania, and in 2024 was inducted into Phocuswright’s Online Travel Industry Hall of Fame.

Richard served on the boards of FTSE-listed First Choice Holidays and TUI Travel, where he founded and led the specialist division now known as Travelopia (acq by KKR). Over the past 15 years, he has chaired high-growth businesses including CarTrawler, loveholidays, Audley Travel, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, Tusker and TMG, alongside six years advising the World Economic Forum.

Mike is Co-President and Partner at Shamrock Capital, where he has spent more than two decades investing in and helping build leading consumer, media and technology businesses. He has served on the boards of companies including FanDuel, Excel Sports Management, Harlem Globetrotters and RBmedia, and today helps lead Shamrock’s investment strategy as a member of its Executive Committee.
